Peter's Great Love, Soul Mate, Wife, etc. 5150'd him, hit him with a restraining order, and proceeded to take all his money, his home, and his chidren. For God's sake, she took the baby boys!!! What kind of human being can do that to another? The Ghose of Our Love was written just before she took the children, while Peter was still in grief and mourning over the loss of his lifelong love. He thought that the loss of his lifelong love was the worst thing that could happen to him, but he had no clue of the pain to come. So this is a simple song of lost love, about how for some people, it is not possible to ever forget. Some of us take vows for life, and some of us take vows for the moment. The vow says, "in sickness and in health, for better or for worse." Why is it that divorce is the first option for our generation? How did divorce become so acceptable? How can true lovers fall out of love and try to destroy their former lover? How can any adult use children as pawns in the sick game of divorce? Why is this all happening to so many of us? The questions remain unanswered. The pain is real. The disease is alive, growing, spreading, and infecting the entire population. The Ghost of Our Love answers no questions. It asks no questions. It is simply a cry of PAIN and a statement of fact. |
